My journey into creating a pet-sitting business started with my cat, Lily. I took her in when she was just three weeks old, and she quickly became more than a pet—she was my companion and my friend. Every day, I looked forward to coming home because Lily would be waiting at the door to greet me, walking me in as if to say, ‘Welcome back.’ She loved to cuddle, spending hours curled up on my thighs, and her presence brought so much comfort and joy to my life.

But then came a moment that changed everything. I needed to travel out of the country, and finding someone trustworthy to care for Lily became a nightmare. I panicked as I searched online and asked around in my neighborhood. After what felt like endless waiting, I finally found someone, but the stress of that experience stuck with me. I realized that so many pet owners must face the same challenge—struggling to find safe, loving care for their pets when they’re away.

That’s when the idea for my pet-sitting platform was born. I wanted to create a solution that would connect pet owners with trustworthy hosts, making it easy and stress-free to find a temporary home for their beloved pets. It’s not just about convenience—it’s about ensuring that pets, like Lily, can feel loved and cared for, even when their owners can’t be there.
